Privacy at BookMe.

BookMe by Sirfitech stores account details, availability rules, appointment details and operational records to provide booking services. Your public page shows your display name, biography and meeting types. Guest email addresses and meeting notes are not published.

Connected services

When you connect Google Calendar, BookMe requests access to check your primary calendar for busy times and create or manage booking events. Offline access tokens are encrypted on the server. You can disconnect in your host settings and revoke access in your Google account.

Confirmation and reminder emails use the configured email provider. Paid booking will use CYXLabs once its merchant integration is connected; BookMe will not collect card numbers, PINs or bank passwords.

Access and requests

Hosts can view their own bookings. Authorized Sirfitech administrators can review platform bookings, account access, payment states and operational logs in the protected management dataroom. To request a copy or deletion of your details, contact your host or Sirfitech at admin@sirfitech.io. Records required for payment disputes or other applicable obligations may need to be retained.

Service providers

BookMe uses Vercel for application hosting, Prisma Postgres for its database, and Resend for account and appointment emails. Google Calendar is optional and connects only with your authorization. Contact admin@sirfitech.io for privacy and account requests.
