BookMe by Sirfitech lets hosts publish available times and lets guests reserve appointments. Hosts are responsible for the services they offer, meeting instructions, pricing and attending their sessions.

Appointments

A booking is confirmed only when the appointment page shows a confirmed status. Availability can change before confirmation. Guests should keep their management link private: it allows viewing, cancelling and rescheduling that appointment. Times are shown in the selected time zone.

Paid sessions

Paid booking is awaiting the CYXLabs production integration. No live payment is accepted in this pilot. Once enabled, payment verification will be required before confirmation. A cancelled paid appointment or late payment requiring review will not be represented as refunded until the provider confirms the refund. Host cancellation policies, settlement terms, provider fees and dispute procedures must be published before paid booking launches.

Access

Hosts register with an email address and must verify it before signing in. Sirfitech may suspend accounts for misuse. Do not use BookMe to spam guests or publish unlawful services. Do not enter real payment details in preview screens.
